Harvest of Celery at Cameroon Living Lab

Cameroon Living Lab celebrates the successful harvest of Apium graveolens (Celery) from their hydroponic system. This vegetable is commonly used in salads, soups, and stews. This achievement highlights Living Lab’s commitment to innovative farming practices and addressing food security challenges.

Innovative Project at Cameroon Living Lab

Students from the Department of Engineering at the College of Technology, University of Bamenda, have embarked on an innovative project. Inspired by their visit to the Bamenda University of Science and Technology – BUST Living Lab of INCiTiS-FOOD, students have constructed prototypes during their practical sessions both at graduate and undergraduate levels.
One participant conveyed the collective perspective of all team members engaged in this project:
