Njala University Living Lab Brings Circularity into Practice and Education

The INCiTiS-FOOD Living Lab at Njala University continues to combine circular food production, knowledge sharing and hands-on learning. Through its activities, the Living Lab supports crop and fish production while engaging and training young people to develop practical skills in sustainable and circular food systems.

The facilities established and strengthened through INCiTiS-FOOD also support hands-on student training at Njala University, complementing academic teaching on circular economy principles. This semester, the Living Lab experience will also contribute to a postgraduate module on circular economy, connecting classroom learning with practical application.
