The University of Applied Sciences München (UniBw M), founded in 1973, is a state-
accredited institution of higher education and research with approximately 3,500 students.
UniBw M offers not only engineering and natural sciences, but also social and economic
sciences and the humanities, organized in 7 departments. Its exceptional technological and
institutional resources ensure ideal conditions for excellent and interdisciplinary research.
UniBw M has been successfully involved in the European Research Framework Program
since FP-5, including the coordination of EU collaborative projects.
Role in the project:
The UniBw M is the responsible for the coordination and management of the INCiTiS-FOOD project, thus, work-package (WP) 6 leader. UniBw M is also leader of Task 4.1, panel data- based impact analysis and will contribute to Sub-task 3.2.1 financial capacity building.
